Question about fatty liver syndrome.

1-Could antibiotics actually worsen the condition?
2- Would oily vegetable baby food worsen the condition?
3-What can you try to feed a guineapig with fatty liver?

No, it hasn't been diagnosed by the vet but to be honest... he was prescribing him antibiotics before I even said a word about the symptoms, seriously.

Since yesterday his symptoms are:
that he is refusing to eat anything, even baby food he will spit it out.
He has loose stool with mucus and he has bad smell.
He is leatargic ( he would usually be very active and curious)
He is very very thin (he has been thin for a while because of other problems but today from yesterday and today he is very thin, probably around 400gr)

There will be no problem with that tomorrow I'll be able to get him to a very good exotic animals pet, his clinic treats the animals from the zoo nearby.
In the meantime I guess I'll try to get him to eat anything and massage his belly just in case.
