R.I.P Sweet Little Pearl

I've not been very good at posting on the forum lately. Every time I gather enthusiasim again, I lose another pig. Pearl sadly passed away a couple of weeks ago and she's buried with Fuzzypeg, her brother. Their mum, Grettle, came to me as a rescue pig 5 years ago and was already pregnant. Pearl was the longest survivor, at five years. She went downhill over a period of 48 hours and passed away in her sleep. Not sure what it was - she was still eating right up to the end. It certainly wasn't her teeth.

Rest in peace little Pearly Worley. Run free at the bridge with your mummy Grettle and your brothers, Fuzzypeg and Kiwi.

So sorry for your loss,but I'm sure that pearl has met fuzzypeg at the gates of rainbow bridge. They seem very happy piggys and I'm sure that fuzzypeg is looking after her now. You have clearly done a fantastic job of looking after your family of piggys and they lived a long happy healthy life with you.
