Hi all,

We will be holding a rabbit and guinea pig open day on the 25th September so if you are free why don't you pop in and see us. We will have alot of our piggies and rabbits their who are looking for new homes, so why don't you come and give them a cuddle.

We will also have some games and a stall to help raise funds.

It would be lovely to see some of you there.

Can we just come for a look, and a little spend. Or do we have to be adopting.
 
No, your more than welcome to come just for a look and a cuddle and we wouldn't say no to a little spending. :)
 
i think ill definatly come to this, have that feeling il be trying to adopt all your piggies though lol
 
If my husbands off work (he has a week off this month, hopefully including the 25th:)) ) then we will try and come!
 
I wish I could come, but we are already busy on that weekend! :{
 
ooooh how exciting! An event in my area! I'd love to come along and cuddle lots of piggies. I've thought about maybe becoming a fosterer at some time in the future so i'll be nice to meet some other fosterer's! Will be there tomorrow :)
 
Hi Vicky I'm def coming with my two children. I was wondering if it would be ok to put the details on the netmums forum. It's nation wide but I'm a member of the Walsall and Wolves section? x

Yes that would be fine, the more people that come and help us raise some money the better.
 
oh and may sound daft but are you going to be selling Guinea Pig products like toys, homes, litter trays and the like? Have put off buying a couple of things incase I can support you so hope you have been given donations of stuff to sell! :) ooh I'm so excited having a guinea pig overload weekend! lol

we do have a few bits, not as much as we would have liked but we rely on people making things like the snuggle sacks for us to sell.

We have some treats, toys, snuggle sacks(only 2 I think, so if you want one get there early), some padded covers for the bottom of the carriers, snugglesafe covers, SS food, small bags of carefresh.

We also have some guinea pig and bunny mugs, they only arrived today, we've had our fingers crossed all week they would arrive in time.
 
Had a lovely hour at this event today and was great to chat with other piggy fanatics my other half gets so sick of hearing about them! I hope you managed to rais elots of money. i am totally in love with Ollie x) did he find a home?
 
I had a great time too, such nice people to meet, brought some christmas cards, fell in love with Howard piggie but someone reserved him before i had chance, let me know if things dont work out with him, hopefully having a home check and can get a piggie soon. :) x
