radish

can piggies have radish? i have some in and i never eat them all before they go off (the disadvantages of being a student and only buying food for yourself) was gonna try the piggies on them if theyre ok, if not then i wont bother

hmmm the list says only mild radishes, and i dont know the difference ?

they can as long as they are not spicy and hot, i guess the only way to tell is to have a piece of the one you want to give them and if it tastes mild then it should be ok..just give them like half a slice to start off with and see how they get on just incase it is a little too much for them

My guineas like radish. I didn't know the difference between a mild radish and any other radish either but I had normal salad radishes from tesco, tried a bit myself, not a lot of taste so I figured it was ok. :o)

thats the radishes i have too, the little salad ones.

i might just cut a small slice off and see if they eat it.

Here's a picture of my guinea pigs, there's a picture there of them enjoying their radish, this is where we can usually find Treacle (the black piggie) - right next to the veggies as soon as they are put out! Little piggy!

Mine like the mild radish but I dont give too much, however if you get a bunch with all the stems/leaves on, they love that part!
