It is ok to feed the occasional one as long as you are certain it is clean and hasn't been treated with chemicals or pesticides.

Leaves can be high in calcium so I always feed them sparingly, but if you have extra they tend to dry well if you leave them in the sun, and a crunchy dreid leaf is also a nice treat.
