rate watchers diet-anyone using it?

i have had a piggy with a huge bladder stone which has now been removed and was advised to try the rate watchers diet for such problems.
I have been trying to stick to thediet but am finding it a little difficult to get my pigs to like everything on it! there are some things they love but aren't on the list such as apple and tomato so i am guessing i can't feed these at all?
any thoughts?
 
The idea of Ratewatchers is that the calcium-phosphorus ratio is balanced. A step closer to the Ratewatchers diet is to create a diet that is as close to the correct ratio as possible. The diet advice I worked out is not as accurate as Ratewatchers, but it helps you get on the right track and make a step towards giving them a more balanced diet:
