My piggies Parkin and Misu have an indoor setup on fleece. I'm changing the fleece pads when they get wet, but Misu is getting some red feet. Seen by the exotic last week- monitor for now. She's also gets her a pedicure with foot cream from gorgeous guinea.

I want to try vetbed under her favourite spots, but her cage mate finds it tasty. He's a fiend for eating fleece strips, vet bed, washing care labels, and we've to moved our favourite sheep footstool Llwynos out of reach for floor time.

If it's relevant they are in an L shaped C&C, a 5by2, with a continous 1.5x2 corner annexe. Multiple hideys, multiple hay piles, hay cakes, dried forage etc. Free roam time everyday.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get Misu on vetbed, without causing Parkin digestion problems?

Naughty Parkin. I had one piggy who ate vet bed when he first had it but he stopped after a couple of days. I didn't realise he was eating it until he had blue poop! I'm sorry I can't think of any suggestions of how to stop him.

Omg. This has literally just happened to me too. Bumble started to eat the vet bed. Really munching away on it! I had to remove it, I didn't want to take the risk. 🙈 I mean clearly Bumble is starved! 😆
