Hey
So, our (not sure, 3, 4 month old piggies)...
We feed them twice a day, following the 'plate picture' on one of the other threads. Green, cucumber, pepper, gem lettuce
In addition. We feed them plenty of hay and some pellets

However. We are going away for 4 days, and our neighbour has kindly said they will feed the piggies once a day (twice was a bit of an ask)

Anyway, should I just slowly reduce feeding them from twice a day, to once a day over the next 7 days. Or will they 'be ok'?
I mean. They are still getting feed in the end....

Being a piggie parent is stressful!

Oh, and randomly. They are eating a lot less hay...

To be honest our piggies do this when we go away, as the pet sitter only comes once a day, and they cope just fine.

I think they are pretty adaptable and as long as they are being fed and checked on once a day I am sure they will be fine.

As long as your neighbour leaves them plenty of hay they will be fine. Mine went off their hay recently so I tried a different supplier and type, they went mad for it again.
