Rescue piggy Christmas pressie wish lists

I've decided this year instead of people getting me pressies I want them to gift some money either to me or to rescues direct either in cash or in the way of food stuffs/medical stuffs on the Rescue's wish lists, or to enable me to buy it for the rescue.

I was wondering if we all did this with at least one person in our family or friend's groups what a lovely Christmas all those piggies in Rescues would have this year

I always end up with stuff I don't really need/want & would rather the piggies in the Rescues had the benefit instead. Unfortunately I don't have a huge circle of family living nearby so will have to ask only close relatives or friends this year, but every little bit counts as they say rolleyes

Anyone like the idea & can do the same even if it's just one gift?

I think this is a wonderful idea! We always do secret Santa at work and even tho the budget is £10 I always get something naff :x
So I might say whoever gets me please donate the money to a rescue or something like that.
I think it's a good idea, there's always someone in your family who gets you something * dont want lol

i've asked for this too! i donate every month to a sanctuary called tower hill stables who take in anything and everything, and i've asked for a donation to them from my family for christmas xx
