Would Tesco sell it? I am thinking of getting some - or any high street store?

You should be able to get it from Boots and Holland & Barretts as far as I know, I've bought it in H&B before.

Large Tesco stores sell RR and every Boots I've ever been in, and any health food store.

Most Tesco's have it, Boots definately does. Some Sainsburys and Asdas do too.
I use it all the time.

Boots definately have it and holland barret. Great stuff, I worry loads, really loads-it even relaxes me so much at night that it will put me back to sleep.
