My dog, midnight, had to be put to sleep last night. He was hit by a car, and it broke his pelvis up real bad. He couldn't walk. We didn't want to put him through the surgery that could end up making him in a whole lot more pain. We didn't want to take a chance on him not being happy. We wanted him to not have to deal with more pain. Do you think we made the right decision? He is in a better place now, I know. I still miss him dearly. I said goodbye to my boy just 5 hours ago. I cannot stop crying :( please pray for our family, and midnight, although he may already rest in peace. Thank you.

R.I.P Midnight, my first pet (Bubs).
No matter how far apart, you'll always be in my heart.

Aw hun I am so sorry for your loss. Such a tragedy. RIP Midnight x

Saysie- thank you :( I miss him dearly

CandyFloss- it's okay. Thank you so much.

BellasMummy- thank you, he's waiting at the bridge</3

I'm really sorry to hear about Midnight :( so sad. I think deep down we all know whats best for our animals, even if its such a hard decision. Hope you and your family are ok xx RIP Midnight xx

So sorry to read about Midnight. It's so hard to help them across the bridge but sometimes it is the kindest thing you can do for them. I'm so sorry for your loss.

Thinking of you at this sad time.

RIP Midnight
x x

aww hon, what a shock for you i am so sorry.

I have had two dogs go under cars, one never stood a chance, the other just got up and ran off! Life sucks sometimes.

I feel your pain, they break our hearts daily, but we would never be without them for one secong.

Take care x

rip Midnight x

I'm so sorry to hear midnight had to join the rainbow bridge but he will be in safe hands xxxxxxxx

You did the right thing to put him down. It would probably cost you a fortune and cost him lot's of pain for surgery. RIP Midnight:laluot_29:

Dear Taylor whee are so very very sorry to hear about darling Midnight 8...8...8...
RIP Midnight run free at the bridge, enjoy running thru the lush green meadows chasing butterflies and other pups, and gnawing on big juicey bones, you'll be so very sadly missed by your devastated mummy and family but NEVER EVER forgotten xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((HUGS))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) and loads of loves from Glynis, Velvet and Onyx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Another little star now twinkling in the sky................. :(

I'm so so sorry to hear about this. Losing any pet is very difficult but i seem to particularly struggle with dogs. I recently lost my Chip back in July (he was 14) and only the second dog I have lost in my 27 years of life, I still think about him every day and miss him. It does get a bit easier with time I promise, I have a picture of Chip in my room and like to think of all the funny things he did.

Big hugs to you right now, we are all here if you need us x

Thanks guys<3 you've helped (: I really hope his "brother" kayden, a Labrador, will be ok. Giving him extra love and kisses!(: <333

I'm so sorry to hear this, goodnight little one rest in peace xxxxxx

I am so sorry for your loss, sweetie. You did the right thing. It would not have been fair to keep him suffering. He is at peace now.

I so feel your pain at the moment having lost my cat to a car last week.

We will be thinking of you, and Midnight will be waiting for you when the time comes.

Well, we got his ashes yesterday. For a while, I could only cry. Then, this morning, I took a chance, and looked into the box that held his ashes. I did not cry, and instead I smiled. I know he's still here with us, but he is also 100% healthy, and can walk again (:
It might sound weird, but I spoke to him. I felt a strong connection, like I was actually talking to him...I also made a pouchy-blanket-thing. It covers his ashes (in a bag), so he's warm now (:

Thats very sweet :)
Thank you(: I just can't seem to get over this though. My teachers will say something that always reminds me of him, and from there, no more focusing :( I almost cried at school today.... My history teacher was referring to a pitbull for some reason, and the dog part of that made me teary-eyed. :'( please send some good vibes my way :'(
thank you,

Taylor, Flower and her possible unborn, Coconut, Cocoa, and Kayden(my puppy) (:

My dog Rose died 3 years ago and I still miss her. I still feel like crying whenever I think of her. It does get easier over time trust me. Try to remember all the good times you shared together x

Thank you so much. I will try. Do you think, in time, it would be a good idea to get another dog? So I can focus on the new dog, and not Midnight? I did recently get a new guinea pig, but I was wishing for her BEFORE... The accident.... I feel a new friend that I can train will be good for me. Suggestions?
