Teenage Guinea Pig
Up til yesterday I wasnt sure Rio, my 8 month old girl I adopted in September, really likes me. She doesnt like being picked up and doesnt really like to have too many cuddles, she'd rather explore. But yesterday i took her down stairs for some cuddles, the door bell rang and since i was expecting a delivery i passed Rio to my dad and went to answer the door. When I came back my dad was feeding her broccoli leaves and singing to her (what a softy he is 
) But when i went over a leant down to give her a stroke she scrabbled off my dad and into my arms where she snuggled up to me and started to close her little eyes looking so relaxed. x) and this morning when I got her out for a cuddle she licked my hand for the first time. It seems she likes me a lot more than I thought.
