Magic was a black Conti Giant x who was recently offered here for adoption.
She went to her new home and was due to be spayed today. Her pre op check showed she was in good health apart from the muscle wasteage in her back end due to lack of exercise (she was rescued from a 3ft hutch...). Magic unfortunately collapsed on the operating table, and never regained conciousness. The wonderful vets did an xray to find out why, and it was found that she had lungs far too small for her size. Magic was never likely to have a long life.
I thank Ruth Oddie from Agathas Annexe for her care and devotion.
I did my best for you sweet bun, sleep well. I WILL get justice for you xx
