I found my shoulders were very tense always and that caused the muscles to seize and caused the follow up migraine headaches…. so debilitating
Also do you grind your teeth ?
I worked as a dental hygienist and I had many patients that ground their teeth at night resulting in severe headaches and with a mouth guard the headaches stopped.
I’d really hope it could be as simple as the above and I know it may not be but worth checking …..

Thank you! I did consider acupuncture from Betsy recommending it, I think I'll give it a go later down the line, but with it being so expensive I've had to put it on hold. I don't think I grind my teeth, I wear a retainer since I had braces when I was younger, I wish it was something like that. I think its from stress and my anxiety, when I get anxious the attacks seem to be more painful. I haven't had a day without a migraine for a while, just depends on the severity for the day at the moment. Sending love back to you 💖

You might be able to ask your GP for an acupuncture referral ❤️
 
Little wren is growing so fast! On her weigh in Saturday morning, 1005g :yikes: with Raven at 1356g, I think she will be a chunky bum just like her mum. Its so hard to get photos of her, shes so fast 😆
