Rocco being neutered tomorrow

Both my gorgeous boys have gone through surgery well and are home safe. Little Rocco has been neutered and Bruno has had an abscess lanced, flushed and swabbed to find out what antibiotics we need to fight the infection. Both are happy and eating (Bruno was scoffing from the moment his eyes opened according to the vet!) so I'm a happy momma!

Rocco decided he was going to hide in the hay as soon as he was home!

Bruno was just happy to see us!

Let’s hope that this marks a turning point for Bruno and that Rocco has no problems. I’m sure you’ve seen enough of the vets just recently. It would be nice if you could have a bit of a break.

I can only hope Vicki. I will get Bruno through it, whatever he needs and certainly fingers crossed Rocco's recovery is smooth. It's nice knowing I have support around me though :)

I'm so glad both boys have done well. I'm sure you will be doing everything humanly possible to ensure they bounce back after their trials at the vet

@Flutterby didn't get notification that the boys had come through OK! Very pleased that all has gone well. I was wondering all day how things had gone.

Thanks you Jacky :) just done the night meds and cleaning left all the piggies tucking into treat if banana so glad both are eating well :)

He will be fine Flutterby, once the vet finds out where his plums are. I love his tousled look, or is it his get out of bed look, maybe he can't find his comb. Awww he's a little sweetie really.

Sounds good Ruth. Bruno will soon learn to shout for his brekky too. Must go and give my lot theirs.

He never makes a sound Jacky, I'm starting to wonder if it is just him. He loves being next to his ladies but never chats to them or wiggles his bum, just likes to lick and nip their bottoms through the bars lol. He's such a sweet and placid boy, always waiting patiently for his food bless him!

By a certain age it was very rare to get a wheek out of Bea and Peter. It was almost like they accepted that Jemima and bumble made enough noise and they didn't need to. Maybe he's just happy that a suitable fuss is being made?

He probably is Kelly, he's a happy chappy. The vets couldn't believe how quickly he started eating again, just sat happily on his purple blanket munching anything he could get hold of, not a care in the world!

we feel awful as the 2 New ones are takin up our time. we were not prepared for them and they on our living room floor in the space the girls have their floor time.
Cocoa is a worry as her lip is horible and bless her she squeaks and gets excited with food etc. I post a up date on the 2 girl thread about them. xx

Glad to hear that both boys are doing well so far. I will keep my fingers crossed that they both have a speedy recovery.

Such little sweeties those boys xx

Glad that they are both home and doing well. I just love Rocco's wild hair and beautiful colouring!
