Sorry, there isn't any rodentologist specialists in Glasgow D= There are a few cavvy savvy vets though - Una McLean, (Although they're expensive!), and I know Farquar's got a good vet that doesn't anthetise for xrays....But I can't remember the name!

And my vet is outside Glasgow, and is excellent with piggies (ask for Dan!) and is called Kilbarchan vetinary practise.

Kilbarchan is roughly 20minutes outside glasgow by car (in renfrewshire) - sadly there is no bus run from one to the other. You could always get a train to Johnstone and then a taxi.....If you want details pm me and I'll give you their number.

When my Mimsi got diagnosed with a bladder stone last year, my vet referred me to a GP savy vet in Falkirk, however he also runs a practise in Cumbernauld. The vets are called 'Lawrie'. My local vet in Bishopbriggs didnt sedate or anaesthatise Mimsi when he had his x-ray last year but I was insitent upon this matter and I dont think they were too pleased. Needless to say Mimsi was as good as gold and lay perfectly still for his X-Ray..

I used Pets n Vets on Pollokshaw's Road when Milla had her ovarian cysts and needed a hysterectomy. They were really great. Haven't needed one since I've moved out to Bish but good to know there's one in Kilbarchan!

I've used Una McLean's practice with hamsters before and they were very good, I even got a condolence card when my last one got p.t.s.
