Thank you everyone! She is a sweet pig, very quiet at the moment which is sad. I'm getting lots of advice on the forum for introducing her to some new rescue friends soon. Thank you all!

Oh my word! What a stunning piggy! Am sad for your loss and glad getting her a friend quickly. It's awful to see a piggy pining and greiving.

Thank you Black Jack, yes I believe she is pining because she hasn't made a sound since Monday. I feel better having her in the house where I can see her all the time.

My OH is making the outside run bigger this weekend, we have lots of space here and keep rescue chickens! I really hope Ronnie likes her new friends - must think of some new names!

My OH is making the outside run bigger this weekend, we have lots of space here and keep rescue chickens!

I love pet chickens. I had a bantam rooster who thought I was a big chicken who knew where the food was. The rest of his flock were bantam Aracaunas and laid blue eggs, tiny blue eggs. I hope to have a chicken run and coop built by the end of this year. I hope this unintended separation is not too hard on your beautiful guinea pig.
