Round Black Things In My Guinea Pig's Bedding

Me and my sister were cleaning out our guinea pig's cage and found a bunch of oval-shaped black things in her bedding. They look kind of like beetles, but none of them were moving. We've checked her for ticks. We've washed her food dishes out and her water bottle has been rinsed. We cut one of the small black objects in half and green goo squirted out. They are about two times smaller than her poop. Help?!
 
Are your piggies outside in a hutch? it can be that some beetles have taken up residence.

Please carefully clean and disinfect your hutch.
