Hello,

Strange question. I have a girl Maria who is 4.

she lives with 3 other girls and a boy. Over the last month she has starting rumbling and mounting the other girls. at first i thought maybe she or the others were in season.

However this happens everyday more than once and she does vary which girl she goes after (Although Rose seems to take the brunt of it)

we are off to the vet Tomorrow (wednesday) to have her checked.

does anyone have any ideas whats causing this?

P.S Maria was spayed over a year ago.

It could be dominance based or she may still experience a hormonal spike despite the spaying.

i thought dominance but the others dont worry and just back down.

thank you

do you know how long these spikes last? or how often she might have them?

Hormonal spikes are rare, but dominance issues will last as long as they last and as long as they are contested from either side.
