Runny Nose And A Sneeze

Afternoon all - follow-up from this where I never saw the reply...

I just popped out to see Burt (am off sick so just out of bed, my OH fed the pigs this morning) and noticed during cuddles (healing!) that his nose is a little runny. One nostril looked full of liquid and when I was having a nosey (lol), he did a sneeze. Nose run seems to have gone now
His wheeking atm next to me sounds like he's lost his voice a bit sometimes.
Could this be a URI? Anything else I should be looking for?

Food from last night (veggies) has been devoured so thankfully we're still eating and he's dashing about/jumpy as ever.

It can just be something stuck in his nose that was causing irritation. Keep an eye on him in case the runny nose continues.

You need to see a vet for URI if you notice crackly breathing, crusty eyes and nose, loss of appetite, regular sneezing or coughing that is more than a few times a day and not connected to meal times.

Hey,
i have had this with my guinea pigs, so i got the home vet to come out and she said not to worry to much unless it gets worse. it eventually went away though. my advice it probably to get a home doctor.
