An anaesthetist who was with us and then moved to another hospital has been killed in a road accident. We're all very glum here.

I'm sorry Lucinda, it's a terrible shock when someone you know dies unexpectedly. ?

He was a lovely guy, and only very young. It's so sad. His fiancee is a Dr too.

He was leaving work on his bike and got knocked off. Was rushed into resus but died. It must be horrible to die where you work.
