Teenage Guinea Pig
Anyone used Golden eye drops for conjunctivitis on their guinea pigs? Fudge gets a runny eye from time to time.

According to this thread, if it's the Chloramphenicol Golden Eye drops then it is safe to use on guinea pigs:

....However, be aware that eye discharge can indicate other problems. Guinea Lynx recommends a Vet check-up for runny eyes:

I assume you're not talking about a milky-looking discharge which could just be the grooming fluid which piggies' eyes secrete normally?
