Hi I was just wondering is it safe to give guinea pigs mixed baby leaf and rocket salad daily . Or should I just give them it a few times a week

Yes they are fine to give particularly if it is just a variety of lettuces then a little daily is fine.
If they contain items such as spinach then the lettuce is fine, but the spinach itself shouldn’t be given often due to it being high in calcium. Rocket, if I remember rightly, is also slightly higher in calcium. Again, fine to give once or twice a week though

Okay doke I’ll make sure not to give them it every day as it think the bag I have does contain baby spinach and rocket
They will love it but it’s definitely best to limit it to a few leaves only as a treat due to the calcium content

Yeah I’ll only give them it at the most once or twice a week. I have also cut back on the number of times per week that I give them kale also

If it is just a variety of lettuces then yes, but if it has spinach and other high calcium veggies, limit it to once or twice a week (unless you pick the spinach out).
We have answered this question for you several times on your feeding thread and also on this thread
They can have lettuce daily but if it contains other high calcium items such as spinach, then no, it cannot be fed daily

If you use the mixed leaf salad then pick out the high calcium leaves like the spinach for yourself.

Please try and remember that sometimes words can come across very differently when they’re not accompanied with facial expressions etc. We understand that (as you yourself explained) you need to ask something several times. However, if your question has been answered several times, do you think it would be easier to go back and read over your threads?
Any threads you start are usually added to your ‘watch list’ automatically. So that would be a quick way to go back and see what you asked and whether the answers they gave will be enough.
The question has been answered in relation to the other mixed salad you asked about - baby salad mix. The same applies for any salad. As long as it only contains lettuce (except iceberg) then it can be fed daily. If it contains high calcium veg such as spinach then you can perhaps pick them out and feed the rest.
