As you all know I love my piggies dearly and I am happy taking in foster pigs and keeping them happy and safe until their find their new homes however.............

I HATE cleaning them out.

It seems to take forever and it is day, after day, after day! When are they going to learn how to do it themselves?/

Now I know many of you will be thing that you have loads more than me to clean or that it is worth it for the joy they bring and I do appreciate those points. However I want self cleaning piggies :))

Hehe :))

I call mine self- cleaning piggies, but it's because I don't have to wash them, their cage is unfortunately an entirely different matter...

I know they're so messy! Why can't they just use a litter tray?! :))

My kittens are always telling them they should, but they just don't get it! :)

LoL :(|) Do you think its possable to train them :)p Can you imagine them with a mini dustpan and brush!:)) He He He

Mine love getting in the way of the dustpan and brush when I'm sweeping the run! At least they're not as bad as my rabbits and puppy who steal the brush whenever they get the chance :))

Of course my pigs clean the cage themselves .... just before they fly off to the compost heap with the rubbish ... LOL ... self cleaning pigs! In your dreams, girl!:)):)):))

Surley they can evolve the skills over time?

I love cleaning out, hate cleaning up after myself but love cleaning out the guineas and mucking out my share horse...maybe I'm a bit odd...

I don't mind cleaning them out (but then I only have one hutch ;) ) but I hate sweeping up all the bits which fall on the floor.

I sweep - it's lovely and clean. 5 minutes later, it looks just the same! I give up!

I love mucking out horses and find it very relaxing but piggy mess is not for me!

I dont mind cleaning out the cage....its all in a days work! Also, the doggies help when they can.....especially with the poops! :)>>>

I do like it when it's all nice and tidy and the banks are up and it looks lovely...shame clumsy pony has to go back in and kicks it all about, she is so inconsiderate of my efforts!

At least the piggies (generally) leave all the stuff where I put it (I bank my guineas beds too, force of habit, it actually works pretty well lol)

I hate cleaning out the cage too...especially when you cant get right into the corners :)) Its well worth it when its all clean and cosy in there though...they look spotless for at least 10 minutes:))

I HATE the thought of cleaning but I find it to be quite stress relieving. I love the look of a nice clean cage and I'm rewarded with hours of popcorning piggies, too! :(|)

I tell you what I do hate, though...Smushed up poop that gets stuck right in the corners of the cage...Now that IS nasty! {:|

Has anyone ever noticed that you seem to end up with more mess outside of the cage than you ever had inside the cage...Once you're done cleaning out your piggies?
