Self Isolation Self isolation

So, as you already know I'm self isolating so heres an update. I had a pot pasta fir lunch today. I have developed a cough which is not a good sign and i feel a bit under the weather. My mental health is also really bad but my therepy has been cancelled due to self isolation. I have written a story today, and done some times tables with my child. The guinea pigs are doing well , luna needs a haircut but she always needs a haircut. I also have a really itchy eye. The doctors might do a c-section due to pregnancy complications. So yeah, I'm not doing well but its fine xx

I hope you are feeling better soon. I too am struggling with my mental health. I’ve had a phone consultation with someone from the mental health team and she said I will see someone face to face when they are able to again.

Sorry, to hear this. Try and get lots of rest and fluids into yourself. Tough times, hoping you recover and start to feel better really soon.

Any box sets you can try and binge on while self isolating?

Its hard , because i have two kids to raise , and I'm pregnant so it will be three , and raising kids is hard when you have bipolar and anxiety. Thank you so much xx

My late Mum had bipolar and she brought my brother and I up to be reasonable members of society. I'm sure you'll do great job.

Being a Mum isn't easy especially as babies don't come with an instruction manual and it's not a "one size fits all" approach.

I know I have 3 boys! When my youngest was born, I had a 6 year old, an 8 year old, a newborn and it was the summer holidays that was a challenge.
