Shampoo for girlies?

As most of you probably know (as i never shut up about it). I now have two beautiful husband and wife pairings. The boys are stinky and due a bath so will be doing all four as soon as I feel the girls have settled enough so they are not too distressed!

My question is my shampoo I have is just for boars and I know they are supposed to be bathed together for them same smell factor. Is it ok to have the girls smelling of just for boars? Or should I get some lovely unisex smelling stuff? I also have manuka & neem from when I suspected fungal could I use that or is it only for treating illnesses?

Honey B and my girls have GG Posh and Go (great for long haired piggies)and have had the lavendar one as well.

Once when i ran out of Just for Boars by boys were shapmpood in Posh and GO dont tell them though

The Posh and Go smells gorgeous and leaves their hair so soft and silky I think it smells of turkish delight

Sorry Briony, I just added a spanner to the works by voting for Just for Boars and making it even stevens! It's up to you what you would prefer, as long as they all smell the same I am sure it won't matter what you use


I use the Manuka and Neem shampoo on my outside boys purely because they are outside and to miminise any fungal, not sure if that method works but they hate the baths regardless, so I doubt my pigs care!

I'm a big fan of the EasiRinse shampoos! Posh n Go is just fab for long hairs, but for a routine bath I find the EasiRinse is perfect for everyone. I have the Cedarwood and Lemongrass one, not sure if GG do any other types.

Thanks everyone i have given in and ordered some more shampoo. I'm not sure i like the smell of just for boars anyway! I have ordered the one that donates to orangatan or gorrilias or something it sounded good and means that some money went to charity too! I think I may bath Tiger and Amy today (in just for boars) as won't be as traumatic as Tia and George.
