Ok so my girls are not interested even slightly in willow sticks, but apple sticks yummy yummy yes please! So to try and avoid arguments and tug of war games I in my inferior knowledge put three stick that look the same all from the same apple tree etc etc... So why do furby and cottonbud insist on the same twig everytime? We have tug of war followed by I can cover this stick with my bottom and eat the other end which means that it looks like one is eating the other ones tail! they always all get eaten in the end so why?

It's a case of yours looks better then mine!
I get it all the time - pieces of cabbage even if there's 10 more they'll steal the same piece from each others mouths until its all gone - but they don't fight just steal food off each other lol

It is a bit of a dominance issue and sheer envy - what Kira says is ever so true! They are like a big bunch of children.

I usually make sure that the top brass get theirs first and the give the rest to the bottom piggies; that way there is peace and everypig gets their share (important right now for getting Taffy to recover from too many pregnancies).

Oh I hand out stick one to furby then stick two to cottonbud they take them over to each other compare notes and then decide stick x (x=1 or 2) is best then I try to tempt bum end piggy away with stick 3 which the will be sniffed then ignored or the cycle repeats again, the thing is it is not always furby standing over the stick sometimes it is cottonbud and sometimes switch places bunch of loonies! would do pics but camera battery has gone missing booo
