Following Lindsay's great threads I thought it'd be nice to have a thread for PEWs seeing as tho I have 3 at the moment (2 looking for a home for Windwhistle Warren!)

Here is Betty who I rehomed last month with her daughter Mabel

Here's Betty and Gloria two girls who came in pregnant to Windwhistle who I fostered through the births.

I have Roland with Dory, he is a relative of Gloria and Ethel's but dont know what relative exactly!

I love PEWs now, I used to think they were boring and ugly, but now I know they're beautiful x)x)x)
 
p.s yes Betty and Gloria look a dirty brown colour - thats how they came into the rescue poor girlies, I can't wash it out of them either. Ingrained muck, god knows what state they were kept in mallethead
 
Wibble and Wobble are fab!

I did think that at first about Betty and Gloria but Gloria actually has a patch of white on her back which is odd and sop that led me to believe it's dirt. She's been getting a little whiter with time, plus they both gave birth to completely Daz white babies! inbreedingx)
 
PEWs are beautiful!

Wibble and Wobble were born with twisted spines, but that doesnt seem to stop them. Both are four years old and have had a few problems. Wibble has been poorly recently, with an ear infection (again) but he is still the most active and mobile, of the two.
 
Piggiepal- I would so love a couple of PEWs but I'm full up with 4 piggies and 4 cats. The OH would have a 'fit' if I took on any more animals, all 4 of the cats were unwanted. I do have a lilac aby x (pink-eye)at the moment though. She helps keep the longing for a PEW at bay. :))

Wow, just noticed that most of the tiny stones are actually GP poops!
 
Good point, they all look the same, I guess they have different mannerisms and personalities otherwise you'd have to mark them like sheep ><
 
LOL, yes they do all have different personalities. I do have problems now that Ethel is growing up telling her and Gloria apart when I can only see their noses poking out of the pigloo but luckily Gloria's a bit mucky looking so is ok! :(|)
 
Eddie and Ziggy Stardust :)

These pair are Eddie and Ziggy, they are full brothers. I watched them being born, I have raised them and they are now 2 years old. They have lived together since birth and really adore each other.

I saw Betty in Windwhistle Warren before she had her bubba's. My OH just pointed that out to me :)) Isn't he observant :). I'm glad the births all went well. Lovely girlies x)
 
To anyone that has never had a pair of PEWs...they may look very similar to anyone that doesnt know them, but Wibble and Wobbles ears fold different ways, and the pinks of their eyes are slightly different in shape. I don't have to look so closely now, to tell them apart! :))

ha ha that Will have been Ruby actually. She was originally with Betty and Gloria at my house but Gloria didn't get on with her so Alice took her on for me. They were all originally handed into Cheltenham animal shelter. Ruby and her two babies have a lovely home now too :-)
we must meet up sometime, maybe one weekend when it gets warmer we can do a bathing session :))

Ahh, ok. They obviously looked similar lol. Yeah it would be good to meet up. My house mates 3 abyssinian girls were also from Alices, as well as her bunnies :) Another good friend had a bunny from her too :). Would be good to meet up there one day. x
