The closest exotic pet vet is a houre and a half away n no way their

Only a vet is going to be able to help your piggy. Any bleeding needs urgent veterinary attention. Is there a general vet closer than the exotic specialist?

Hi and welcome!

Whether it is red urine from a urinary tract infection or cystitis (which require an antibiotic) or bleeding from a bladder or kidney stone or an ovarian cyst/the womb in a sow (can be cancerous), please try to get your piggy seen by a vet.

This is most definitely not a case for DIY home treatment and potentially a serious illness. It requires a vet to examine your guinea pig and then treat accordingly.

Please always use the specially monitored Health/Illness section for problems and not the Chat section, which is for showing off your piggy.
I have moved your thread to our Health/Illness section for you.
