Skin tag? Growth on nose.

This is my guinea pig Dobby. He has recently had this growth on the tip of his nose. It sticks out, it isn’t a bump it’s more shaped like a stick. It’s flimsy and feels like skin but dark is color. I can rub his nose and it will come off. Does anyone have any idea what this could be. I was thinking a skin tag?

It is gone now. However, it has fallen off in the past and grown back so I believe it will grow back again.

Could it be residue of pellets?
