I need to get some more Sleep e Sacks, any one with ideas where I can get them from. Need them to be 'cheep' as I need a few for my rescue!

how cheap? what is your budget? I know a few people who make them and sell them on ebay in germany, but I would have to know a rough idea about how much you would pay for one...?

I have seen them for £10 and then P&P is on top, so was looking for some thing a little cheeper?

tell me the dimensions you want & how many & I'll make some for you as an Xmas gift for the rescue ;)

:-* Thanks H! They are about 10 " x 10"
That would be fantastic! So many kind people out there!

thats very nice of you, Hilary :)

If anyone else is still interested though, the cheapest I have found so far is from this ebay seller:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI....tToStoreCat&refwidgettype=cross_promot_widget

they go for 8 Euro, which is just over 5 Pound.

I am sure they could do discounts if its for a rescue, and I am sure they can do combined shipping aswell..

They also do cuddly-tunnels and hammocks and that sort of thing. Can contact them and ask about shipping to the UK etc if anyone is interested?

What I'm gonna do is get the fleece & make as many as I can out of it & then I can say how many I have surplus.
The local charity shops are keeping back all the fleeces that they can't sell because of things like a cigarette burn. The just ask for a small donation for what I take. Usually about 50p for a big bag which is fab. Only thing is the colours are sometimes a bit dodgy!

I have found that if they are made entirely from fleece, they wash & dry so much better. I have mad the ones with cotton outer & fleece inners & the cotton can stain - & takes alot longer to wash. Will keep y'all posted.

Ps Sars yes I'll do you a couple as long as Bandit & Quarter get a go!

hell yup hun of course they will, they seem to be arguing a lot lately ?

I've had an idea. With the next load of fleece I get I'll make as many as I poss can & donate some to Mary (becasue she gave me Sylvie). The ones I have left I'll put up on here and anyone can ask for them - I'll post them to you for free on the condition that a small donation (not smaller than the postage fee) is made to any of the rescues who come on this forum. Hope this is ok?

That is such a lovely idea I would certainly buy some, let me know pls ;)
