I had to make the heartbreaking decision to let Snap go to the Rainbow Bridge today. He had cancer which has basically destroyed his penis. The poor little man had become almost unable to wee and was starting to be in pain.

Sleep well dearest Snap. Goggles is so sad without you. You have been so caring to him this past couple of months, while he has been unwell. I'm not sure how he is going to cope without you. He just looks lost this evening.

I really hope you have met up with your old buddy Ginger and are playing happily together.

You and Ginger were never meant to stay. You only came to me until I could find you a new forever home but you won me over within the first few days. You had such a pleading look in your eyes. I tried to resist but I couldn't. I'm so glad I let my heart rule my head.

We are all going to miss you so much.

RIP Snap a brave and beautiful boy, you've been just the best friend to Goggles and such a caring little guy, i'm sure you'll be having fun with Ginger and popcorning and munching on all the lovely green grass xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I remember the night Ginger left & am so very upset for Goggles.

RIP sweet darling snap

am so sorry for your lost of sweet snap, i remember admiring his picture with google not long ago. you made the hardest decision an animal owner has to face, you ended snaps suffering and started your own. RIP darling snap, run free and popcorn amongst the clouds and play with your mate ginger and chase all the girl piggies and smile down and your mummy, google and the rest of the family. so much loved never forgotten! sedning you big hugs and know snap is smiling down on you with those beautiful eyes.
 
Aww no, I'm so sorry :( He was such a gorgeous little piggy, too young to go.

Run free Snap. Hope you find some lovely piggy friends at the bridge. xx
 
I'm worried about Goggles now. He had a severe infection at the back of his mouth about two months ago which made eating extremely painful. He was on strong antibiotics and has been making a slow recovery ever since. He's lost an awful lot of weight but had just started to regain it. In fact this past week I felt as though we had turned the corner and he was well on the way to good health again. Since he has been ill he has spent most of the time snuggled up to Snap, with Snap's hair wrapped around him. He now looks so sad and lost! He just stands in the corner of his cage, facing in towards the corner. I'm thinking I may need to get him a little friend. I know i've said no more, but I can't let him lose the will to live because he's lonely.
 
I'm so sorry about Snap Debbie :( i've only just been able to get on here now to reply. I hope Goggles is ok.

Debbie, I am so so sorry to hear this. A horrible horrible day for you. We're all sending you loads of love. Snap was very very beautiful.

Thanks everyone for your kind words.

The children I look after are all so upset. Snap was their favourite. They called him Elvis Presley! LOL

I was almost in tears this morning when I heard one little boy telling another child that Snap was in heaven and was now a bright star in the sky. He said the star will be over Debbie's house, because when you die you turn into a star, and you stay over the house where the people you love are. I thought that was such a lovely thing to say.

What a beautiful comment that little boy made. I am so sorry to hear about Snap. Poor little baby. And I sincerely hope that Goggles will make a recovery. This must be very hard for you. Losing one baby and the next one being sick. You are in my prayers. RIP little Snap......
 
So sorry to hear about Snap Debbie, he was one gorgeous boy and I remember when you bonded the two of them.
Do get Goggles a friend.......Snap will understand. RIP handsome xx
