So bassically when i'm stroking my guinea pigs on my lap today Cookie sneezed 2 times in a row then stopped. When ever he sneezed he shaked his head?

I would not worry about two sneezes. Something could have irritated his little nose.

ok but it happens like one time every day

Is he bedded on shavings? If so they could be causing it. I would switch to vetbed or fleece.

They are on aspen woodshavings

I would change that then as that could be the culprit.

Aspen shouldnt cause any issues but you could rule it out by using fleece for a week :-)
