Snickers passed away on Friday. I knew it was going to happen soon, but still wasn't ready. I guess you never really are though. She lived an amazing 8 or 9 years. Not exactly sure. was my bossy lady. The reason I couldn't have a big group of girls living together. She wouldn't have it lol. She was however the best Mom to her cagemate Violet who we got for her after her friend Zelda passed away. Over the years she acquired many nicknames. Nick nack, Mama Nicks, Granny, Nikki, and Grumpy Old Lady. She was very good at communicating. She loved being held and picked up. When she was ready to go back to her cage, she would tug on my shirt with her teeth and jump up on my shoulder. She was always the best at getting through the mazes Toby made for the piggies. She was so brave and confident. She also was the best one to dress up in a costume. (They only stayed on long enough to snap a picture.) She never seemed to mind. She also loved to scare the hell out of me and sleep like a corpse. I don't know how many times I had to check to see if she was still breathing lol. She will be greatly missed. My pig room will never be the same.
