I just noticed that my guinea pig milo has a little bit of snot on his nose. It's not oozing out and it was clear, but there was still quite a bit around the nose area. He seems to be breathing and eating normally and he hasn't sneezed. Could this be an early sign of a URI? He's 1 and a half and had a surgery almost 2 weeks ago to remove a cyst.

Hi! it is rather a sign that he has had something irritating in his nose that has now been sneezed out. See a vet if it keeps recurring frequently, but it is hopefully just a one-off.
