Does she enjoy cuddle time on your knee? You could try feeding her with her favourite food while on your knee and just quietly stroke her a couple of times with your brush, extending the time-/ brush strokes when she's used to the idea!

Aww she's lovely! My Angus has the longest hair in the world and tolerates brushing but doesn't like it. I find sitting him in my lap and brushing a clump of hair at a time whilst holding it at the roots stops the pulling in his skin so much.
He wriggles but as soon as it's done he gets treats and all's well in the end

Try and anti tangle hairbrush. I got mine from the pound shop. Also use a wide toothed coomb gently so there is no pulling. My two long hair guinea pigs like to be brushed and combed as it gets all loose hair and hay bits from the luscious locks.

I use scissors on two of mine and a soft brush on Jingle who quite likes it. Still scissors for any knots though.

i cut all my longhaired piggies so that it is level with the ground,but short around the bum area !brush twice a week.

She likes cuddle time with my daughter but is quite a cross little piggie. She shouts at me if I touch her with brush. Doesn't like me at all.

My piggies hate being brushed too so I feel your pain. Luckily their fur is not overly long but they look a tad on the scruffy side sometimes.
