so my bedding came with 10 apple tree sticks and I don't know if they are healthy or not.

Bedding comes with many different adds and they are pretty much all ok for Guinea Pigs! I trust the most common brands with my guinea pig (even if they are a little bit more expensive...) It is also great to have a constant source of chewing for your piggy(s) since it is very healthy!
