Socializing A Male Baby

I have a 4 week old Abby male that I want to get as tame as possible. What are the best ways to socialize a baby? I'm keeping him separate from his very skittish and most likely abused rescue mom, not just because he's old enough and I don't want breeding, but also because I don't want him taking on her habits. He's calmer than his siblings.

Just spend some time holding him daily, offer him a snack while he's there, and pat him gently. I've found the way to get pigs used to being held is, simply, to hold them. Young babies seem to warm up pretty fast (I got a few of my pigs as real youngsters... they got comfortable more quickly than pigs I adopted as 'teenagers.')
