one of my boars has starting frequently pooping out loads of soft poops like these, no major changes to his diet has been made? should i bring him in for a check?

Yes, get him checked by a vet.
In the meantime, take him off of all fresh veg and feed him just hay (pellets are also fine to still give) to help his gut rebalance. It would be a good idea to increase the frequency of weight checks to ensure that he is still eating enough.

Is that poo at the back? I notice you are feeding a meusli mix food, it's not good. Use pellets instead, they don't need many. 1 tablespoon per pig a day

I’ve jut noticed what looks like seeds or grains - is that correct? Please ensure guinea pigs are not fed such items, they are not good for piggies

Hey! Is it definitely poop? It looks a lot like wet grass pellets from their food, sometimes piggies like to alternate between their water bottle and dry food, soaking it in the process. I've had a reasonable amount of soft poops (well, the piggies, not me!) and they're a soft paste rather than what is in your dish.

If it's definitely poop, hold off on veggies and see a vet. Lots of hay and access to fresh water as soft poops can cause dehydration, which can become serious quite quickly in small pets.
