Sow or Boar? please tell me?photo!

I'm not sure if the photo is clear enough but could you give me your guess on the sex of my guinea pig please they are 17 weeks old and it has a fleshy spot at the top of it's genital area, but if you gently press it it doesn't pop anything out? that's why I'm confused.....

From that distance it looks female but if you could take a close up shot - use the macro facility (symbol like a tulip) and we could get a proper look.

From your picture i would say a sow, but like suzy said a close up clear shot would make it easier to say.
