Hi, one of my sows has very swollen genitals with a creamy like discharge. Other than this she seems fine, eating and drinking normally. The fur is matting a little bit so I have been bathing it gently with cool, boiled water. I'm a newbie so don't know is this normal heat cycle or something more sinister? Many thanks in advance.

I am not 100% sure but think it need checking by a vet. My first thought is Pyometra but I am not sure if the genitals would be swollen with that. She would also be more lethargic. It could be a reaction to somthing if not. Definitely needs checking out though.
