Poor girl , her eye is looking a bit better today .... but I can clearly see the damage . It must be soooooo. Sore ☹
She’s on eye drops 3 times a day and I’m giving her Metacam morning and evening .
All the best!
I have found that Kim Maddock's additional prescription of applying plain artificial tear gel 3-6 times a day for any eye injuries really helps with the healing process; especially where the infection has penetrated into the antechamber. The constant hydration is also making the eye more comfortable.
The gel is preferable to tear drops as it is longer lasting and more easily applied. You can get it from any pharmacy (say it is for yourself). Always at least half an hour after any medicated eye drops to allow them to be fully absorbed before applying any lubrication.
