Spike's Progress After Large Cyst Removal

After picking Spike up from the vet's on Friday I have been trying to syringe feed him Critical care. He takes some of it then turns his head away. He did poop on Saturday. But very few poops today. He will eat grass himself. He has eaten a small amount of Romaine lettuce. He will not drink from his water bottle. I am giving him Critical Care, Metacam and Baytrill.
Is there any thing else I can tempt him with foodwise?
 
I would ask for some emeprid (metachlopromide) this will keep everything going through his system especially as he isn't having much and his poo's aren't as plentiful. Have you tried mushed up pellets as opposed to CC - some piggies prefer it. Lots of healing vibes to Spike x
