spot on his tummy!

Today I have noticed which looks like a spot on one of my guinea pigs tummy ? Any ideas, he's eating drinking and seems happy running and jumping etc. Should I take him to the vets?
 
It it a similar colour to his skin/nipples? Could it be his belly button?

Perhaps if you describe a little more/take a picture we can advise further. If in any doubt vets is always a good idea. :)
