Bit of a random one, but how long does a piggy's necks remain a bit greasy haired after applying the drops? Will it only go away through shampooing?

it will remain greasy for a few days but will eventually disappear on its own through normal grooming. Please do not bathe within at least 48 hours of applying spot-on or it will be in vain.
 
Thank you - I was tempted, but then thought 'hmmm if I do that it will probably wash off the solution'! As long as it goes in a few days, it's fine. Think it's more important for him to have the solution, in case there are teeny tiny mites on him that is making him itch and bite.
