Sprouts!

We have loads of sprouts that we wont be able to eat so were thinking of giving the guinea pigs some! can they have them or not?
 
Mine have had them - I've never even thought about it really... hmmm, hope they're ok!

I found mine like me to peel the leaves off though, they're too fussy to eat the whole sprout.... !

Mine love them but only the peelings

They do make them shall we say rather windy though

lol, yes it does make them a little windy!

mine like the leaf peelings too - i give them whole ones sometimes, cut up of course, it depends on their mood if they'll eat them!
 
I only give mine the peelings of sprouts, not the whole sprout.

I think my shed would take off with all the wind from their tummies if I fed lots of whole sprouts!

It would be like Wizard of Oz when the house gets blow away! :)):))
 
My boys eat them if their hungry but my girls will eat them whenever i give them some ,lol

But yes they do tend to smell if you give them to many ,lol
 
I tried my boys with sprouts, but they turned their noses up and wouldn't eat them:(
 
well, i fed them the sprouts and they had all gone within a couple of minutes! haven't given them any more though becauseofwhat you said, might give them some more next week! thanks everyone!
