So I have noticed that my male is softy squeaking while urinates but he doesn't do it when he poops and he has gotten neuter one week ago so I don't know if the neutering has anything to do with this I have also noticed this really bad small coming from he's penis area what does that mean

It may be to do with the neutering. Was he given any pain meds for after the operation?

Please get him seen by your vet to check all is well with the wound. It may be he has a Urine Infection but with him been neutered so recently I would get him checked over.

Please have your boy seen by a vet promptly! it is either a UTI (Urinary tract infection) or an abscess. Either requires an antibiotic.

Hi, could it possibly be a bladder stone? One symptom is squeaking whilst urinating. One of my girls (recently deceased) had a urinary tract infection and a bladder stone which was removed by the Vet, she was on medication but was a very old piggie, she didn't make it.
Here is a link to Guinea Lynx (which is a great source of info about common piggie illnesses) which mentions symptoms for bladder stones
