Hot Topic Stepping down as owner of TGPF

Unfortunately not, all my piggy stuff has been disposed off, my friend burned all the doors on his log burner.

What can l say that hasn't already been said! It's all about the forum, but without these special people behind it ,it would be just a forum, not like TGPF, THAT IS A BIG FAMILY OF PIGGIES AND HOOMANS, CARING ABOUT ONE ANOTHER. xx(l,m now going back to bed)

Thank you Lee for your dedication and hard work over the years. I’m glad to know that you’re not leaving but understand that sometimes we just need to make some space in our lives to deal with things. I hope all will be well for you. Take care x

I would like to thank you Lee. I joined the forum in 2013 because my two guinea pigs who I had been caring for since 2011 were having numerous heallth issues.
Through this wonderful forum I learned so much more about the healthcare of guinea pigs. I discovered the specialist exotic vet through this forum.
Lee guided me through the mysteries of attaching photos to threads and how to use Pay Pal (which I have found useful outside of this Forum).
I no longer have guinea pigs due to health problems which prevent me keeping the guinea pigs environment clean which has always been a priority to me.
So I lost my last guinea pig in September 2020. I still miss them but realise it would be a mistake to try to keep them at my age. However I still drop into the forum every now and again. So it is with some sadness that I read this Lee. But I fully understand certain things can cause necessary changes.
I will continue to drop in and read the many threads I still find interesting.
I know Boss Hogg will continue with the tradition and continue use his ban hammer with expertise and gusto. Also Boss Hogg has the best team ever behind him to support him in running this Forum Best wishes to everyone for the future and continuing success of this Guinea Pig Forum.

I've sort of put off writing this so far because I am useless at this sort of thing, but I must have joined the forum not long after you took ownership, Lee. It was a great place from the moment I first turned up and has been a source of great help when I needed some out-of-the-box thinking, AND great comfort when I finally had to give up the boys. You'll say that's not you, or not just you, it's the whole team, but I don't really care lol. As far as I'm concerned you've been a central part of that, and I'd be sorry to say goodbye.

However, we're not really saying goodbye, I know. But "thank you" doesn't quite cut it. I can't think of anything better, so I guess it'll have to do. Thank you, Lee. Keep 'er lit, as we'd say back home.
