Hi everyone,
After my poorly piggie recovered from a UTI a week later it came back so back to the vets I went and they gave me some more antibiotics. I asked for a scan but as he's an old boy they said it would be too risky with the GA. He finished his last dose yesterday and then this morning I spotted more blood! I hate seeing my boy poorly, he's not eating either which is very unusual as he's a big piggie that normally loves his food. HELP?!
 
I would be looking for a different vet.
If the AB's are not working it could be a stone, which will need removing. Only and xray will confirm this.
Some vets can do this concious rather than a GA.

Maybe there is someone else can give better advice.

It sounds rather like a stone or a cystitis that is not responding to antibtiotics. :(
Some experienced vets will do conscious x-rays or scans under very light sedation, so I would recommend to seek a second opinion. it is definitely time to see what is really going on.
