Has anyone's pig had a bad reaction to Science Selective?

Jon Snow is a pig with piggy IBS (as diagnosed by his vet). His poops are never normal (funny shaped, smaller and sometimes with tails) and his tum rumbles quite a lot.

Over the past few days I've heard it rumble alot more and can feel it. His poops are also less firm.

So, he's not having veg for now but I have no idea what has set him off. He hasn't had any different veg and I've made sure not to feed him veg that does aggravate him.

However, as I can no longer find Harringtons in the shop I swapped them onto Science Selective about a week ago, gradually. They still only get about 15 pellets of it a day. They used to eat it years ago but I stopped as I couldn't be bothered with snapping them in half (as they get stuck on Jon's teeth).

Could it be that?

Does anyone have any recommendations for other pellets?

They currently have a mixture of Oxbow, Rosewood (they don't like this) and S. Selective.

You could give Natures Feast a go as they are nice sized pellets and my girls love them

I'll have a look at it next time I'm in Pets at Home. I'd have to take out all of the dried veg and grass bits out as they'd mess with his stomach, but I'll still have a look. Thanks!

Bunny is great for tummy issues, it's grain free but u do have to snap them as they are large. I found it to be the most readily accepted grain free food. Only changed as found one that my IC pig could eat without having as many flares. Fudge is her cagemate and she'll eat anything.. I feed my young uns on oxbow, my oldies would get gassy on oxbow in the past x

Thanks @Adelle, I'll definitely look into that. I tried them on JR Grainless when I was looking for pellets for my bladder sludge boy and they hated them. So it would be nice to find something that he could have a few of too.
